Garlic Bread

Once you see how quickly homemade garlic bread is to make, you will never buy the frozen one again!

Ingredients:

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon flat-leaf Italian parsley (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 long crusty loaf of bread
Preparation Method:
  1. Combine all ingredients. Spread as much as you like over the crusty bread. Keep the leftover butter mixture in the fridge for next time.  
  2. Place bread buttered side up under the grill and brown for a few minutes (until browned).  Make sure you keep your eye on it so it doesn’t burn!
