Once you see how quickly homemade garlic bread is to make, you will never buy the frozen one again!
Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon flat-leaf Italian parsley (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 long crusty loaf of bread
Preparation Method:
- Combine all ingredients. Spread as much as you like over the crusty bread. Keep the leftover butter mixture in the fridge for next time.
- Place bread buttered side up under the grill and brown for a few minutes (until browned). Make sure you keep your eye on it so it doesn’t burn!
