Lobster Tail

If frozen, then thaw first. Heat oven to 450°F.

Cut along the top of the shell to the fin. Pull the meat of the lobster out and lay it on the shell. Keep the lobster attached to the shell at the fin.

Set in a pan with a small amount of water and season with a little salt and paprika.

Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until the meat turns white and plump. Oven temperatures can vary, so be careful not to overcook.

Serve with warm melted butter.
