A delicious gravy to have with your roast beef or streaks.
Ingredients:
- 24 ounces of button mushrooms sliced
- 2 large onions sliced
- 1 hot jalapeno pepper, sliced (add more if you like it hotter)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons Gravy Master
- 2 cups beef broth (or vegetable broth)
- Pepper/salt to taste
Preparation Method:
- Fry onions and jalapeno in butter until they are soft.
- Add mushrooms, and cook on high heat until the water from the mushrooms is finished.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Add Gravy Master, beef broth, and black pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 15 min.
- Season with more salt and pepper if needed.
