Spicy Mushroom Gravy


  • 24 ounces button mushrooms sliced
  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 1 hot jalapeno pepper, sliced (add more if you like it hotter)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons Gravy Master
  • 2 cups beef broth (or vegetable)
  • Pepper/salt to taste

Preparation Method:

  1. Fry onions and jalapeno in butter until they are soft.
  2. Add mushrooms, cook on a high heat until water from the mushrooms is finished.
  3. Add flour and mix well.
  4. Add Gravy Master, beef broth, and black pepper.
  5. Cover and simmer for 15 min.
  6. Season with more salt and pepper if needed.
