• 4 avocados, peeled and diced
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 tablespoons red minced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt/pepper to taste

Preparation Method:

  1. In a large bowl add avocado, lime juice, red onion, tomato.
  2. Mash gently together with a fork until it has a smooth yet lumpy look.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Leave in refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours (up to 1 day).
  5. Serve with corn chips, potato chips etc.
