Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon flat-leaf Italian parsley (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 long crusty loaf of bread
Preparation Method:
- Mix all ingredients together and spread as much as you like over the crusty bread (keep leftover butter mixture in the fridge for next time).
- Place bread buttered side up under the grill and brown for a few minutes (until browned). Make sure you keep your eye on it so it doesn’t burn!
