Spicy Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

  • 1 rack fat trimmed baby New Zealand lamb chops (8 per rack)
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
  • *1 tablespoon mixed Indian spices
  • salt & pepper to your taste

Preparation Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and massage into the lamb chops.
  2. Leave to marinate covered for at least 4- 5 hours or preferably overnight
  3. Heat up your BBQ and grill for 4-5 minutes each side.

* You can use any type of Indian spices blends. Check them out in the dry spice section of the grocery store.
