Ingredients:
- 1 rack fat trimmed baby New Zealand lamb chops (8 per rack)
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
- *1 tablespoon mixed Indian spices
- salt & pepper to your taste
Preparation Method:
- Mix all ingredients together and massage into the lamb chops.
- Leave to marinate covered for at least 4- 5 hours or preferably overnight
- Heat up your BBQ and grill for 4-5 minutes each side.
* You can use any type of Indian spices blends. Check them out in the dry spice section of the grocery store.
