This is such an easy way to prepare crispy bacon, especially in large batches. Perfect for BLT’s!
- Preheat your oven to 400F
- Line a baking sheet with foil and then place a baking rack on top.
- Lay out the bacon in a single layer very close together; it will shrink a little.
- Pop into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes – depending on how crispy you like your bacon. After about 18 minutes begin to keep your eye on it if you prefer it less crispy.
- Lay the cooked bacon on some paper towels and blot gently to remove any excess grease.
