Breakfast Smoothie

A great start to your day….

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • about 1 1/2 cups of your favorite berries/fruits (I used blackberries, strawberries & blueberries)
  • 2 ice cubes

Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender and whizz away until everything is smooth and blended. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
